Benefits of Exercise

Regular physical exercise has many benefits. It decreases the effects of aging and the risk of certain diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, cardiovasucular disease and Type 2 diabetes. It also helps to improve one's psychological well-being through positive and higher levels of self esteem as well as in contribution to fighting stress and anxiety.



Coupled with a balanced diet, physical exercise stimulates the metabolism and eliminates excess calories, which allows for better weight control and reduces the risk of obesity.

Exercise also decreases the risk of colorectal cancer, breast cancer and endometrial cancer. It also acts in stimulating the immune system to protect against infections, in particular against flu and cold.

In short, regular exercising helps to people to achieve 2 important things:

1. Good Health
2. Better Appearance/Image/Looks
Who doesnt want to look good and stay healthy?
